The City of Orange Unveils a New Way To Pay Your Utility Bill
A new automated kiosk has just been installed at City Hall, which will allow utility customers the ability to easily pay their bills in person 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, just like making a deposit at a bank ATM.
The system should be available for use on a limited basis for testing during the Holiday City Hall Closure (December 23-January 3) and will be put into full time operation sometime in January. The new kiosk is located right outside the finance department door at City Hall.
This is in addition to the free, 24-hour automated telephone system, (866) 342-4346, on-line payments via our website at www.cityoforange.org, by mail, or in-person at City Hall.
Please call (714) 744-2233 if they have questions about any of these options.
